Despite being the leader of the largest organization on earth she is quite impulsive and simple minded, but her uplifting and considerate nature more than makes up for her position as the Big Mom of I.R.I.S.

Oda is a tough worker with a history of putting her own family first, she joined I.R.I.S. as a mechanic to cover the expenses for her ill father. While she was there she got pregnant after a blurry one-night stand, leading to her livelihood being threatened by higher-ups for dishonoring their code... unless she agreed to be experimented on with nanomachines. She hesitantly agreed and she had her son soon after. Enraged by the treatment of her friends and worries over her son's future, she decided to climb the ranks of the establishment and eventually took over as leader after years of poor confidence in the leadership.

Her deepest desires still lie in mechanics, hot rods and space ships are her true calling but she stakes her trust in the next generation. Besides this, she is unabashedly a massive fan of One Piece and Dragon Ball, having molded her personality and worldview after their protagonists!
