World record holder for most resting bitch face of all time, and for most monotone tone of voice. But don't let that fool you, she just simply doesn't like showing people her emotions.

She can appear to have a short fuse, she can be quite sarcastic and she can't go 5 seconds without having to clean up or organize a mess you leave behind. Tsuki always gets her will, but she cares about you and want whats best for you. While we're at it, if you wish to return the favour, get her apple flavoured rock candy.

Famous child star actor for the famous Godzilla series, Tsuki had no real home for the longest time as she was bound to the series. She lost her role and identity in the 90s and graciously was offered a job as a janitor at I.R.I.S. afterwards. In the 2000s she inadvertedly started the downfall of I.R.I.S.'s old leadership over a haircut. Under the new leadsership she was hired as the admiral Secretary. Tsuki does not want to comment further.

Betraying her outwards appearance, she is quite chatty in emails and text messages, often accompanied by pictures of baby animals and a burst of emojis. She is also massively interested in model landscaping, but refuses to admit it makes her "feel good" to tower over.
